In the movie of the Sun (see Cat. Nr. 90), taking from a satellite that is positioned in a place in which the attractive forces of the Sun and of the Earth cancel out. Now and then Venus and Mercury, aswell as the Moon pass inbetween the sattellite and the Sun. In case of the Moon it results in an eclipse of the Sun. Venus and Mercury, on the other hand, move like small black dots over the Sun's surface. In the installation here, the Earth and the Moon, Venus and Mercury turn in front of the Sun, leaving shadows that could possibly be seen from the outer planets: Mars, Saturn, ...
